Normally I would talk a little about this weekend’s double experience playlist of choice (it’s Maption Sack if you were curious) but this week I’d like to share something very special with you. Last Friday Louis Wu saw innuendo in the screenshot we were captioning when I didn’t see anything even remotely inappropriate. I have never, ever been so proud of him as I was in that very moment. Rat’s Nest, middle area near Gravity Hammer spawn
Me: (running from rocket spawn towards invisi)
Male friend: I love you!
Me: Uh … (someone drops down from turret and assassinates me)
Five minutes later, postgame lobby
Me: So, why did you tell me you loved me in the middle of the game?
Friend: What are you talking about?
Me: When we were fighting in the middle between the bases …
Friend: Seriously bs angel. I said, “Above you.” Not, “I love you.” People aren’t always professing their adoration for you ya know.”
Me: Oh.

It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane, It’s a Master Chief Cloud!

Off in the distance of Last Resort, a Halo 3 multiplayer map nestled amidst an idyllic, island setting, you can see a cloud that vaguely resembles our favorite Spartan supersoldier. A strangely similar sky formation was recently spotted in the beautiful southeast Asian country of Malaysia. Seen and captured by DJTISTA, this Master Chief-shaped cloud is almost like a real life easter egg. Now if only it was raining men. Or codpieces. Or copies of Halo: Reach.
