Is there a plate on the front that reads “FKING LAG” for when you’re in front?
Most regions don’t support 9 character plates. Maybe it could say FKIN LAG, FCKN LAG, or FKNG LAG.
Note: the pic in the OP has 7 characters from 6 letters(and numbers) and 1 space. Usually 2 spaces is the max and equals one character and two spaces cannot be adjacent.
Now all he needs is a “My other car is a warthog” license plate frame.

The plate frame says “Blizzard”, fyi. You prolly can’t see it in the posted pic, but I saw it as I took the photo. There’s a Blizz office in Austin where I took the pic, so I’m thinking it’s maybe an employee. A well-paid one, by the look of it…

The first thing I noticed was actually the way the traffic lights are horizontal instead of vertical.
