For some people marriage represents a sacred bond uniting two kindred souls. For others it means they are permanently stuck with the most annoying and high demanding person they have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Needless to say this matrimonial accessory is perfect for the latter. Featuring a heavy-handed bride dragging away her assumedly Halo-obsessed groom, this confectionery adornment places the sentiment we all know as true front and center on the widescreen tv. Game. Fucking. Over. Should the depiction be applicable to your current situation, this video game-themed wedding cake topper can be yours for $69.95 USD. I say go for it because we all know that once the knot is tied, that’s the last 69 you’ll be seeing for quite some time. And by quite some time I mean FOREVER.

Krazygamer: You know that means you’re the next to get married right?
Why does the bride resemble your likeness there Angel? In your case I would think there would be a little role reversal going on……….. wait thats not what I meant.
Posted by bs angel on November 2, 2009 at 4:42 pm
It resembles my likeness because I’m dragging him away from the tv because it’s MY TURN!

YEP! i bought it off the Bungie store before it closed. I also had a 50$ credit to there before it closed. After emailing them about 10 times asking for it though, I just gave up
I also have a splatter road sign :)

Great, i sent the link to my fiance and she is now forcing me to buy this. :) There go my hopes of Spartan toppers.
Posted by bs angel on November 2, 2009 at 3:45 pm
Oops. You should at least make a Spartan helmet for your little guy!

of course i’m pretty sure we’re in the minority.
Posted by Mizzy on November 2, 2009 at 4:03 pm
Indeed you are not! I refuse to be a minority!
Posted by xLAS3RP01NT3Rx on November 2, 2009 at 4:02 pm
And this is why the number one requirement on your checklist-for-possible-spouse is “Halo counts as Foreplay”
Wait WHAT?!

Awesome find, bus angle.

I think marriage is more of an upgrade, or expansion pack! Too expensive for the limited features but once you have then you can’t remember what you did without them… And the toys are fun to play with every once and a while :)

Put Punch Out!! on that TV and sold!

My life would be great if i got married. My girlfriend and I play a lot of sonic and casual games for her. We’ve played a small bit of halo and she wants me to show her GOW and assassins creed. So i caught a great one! We were talking the other day about being married and we had a serious conversation about which consoles we would have and what the kids will play. But its early days
Posted by DethPwn on November 3, 2009 at 3:46 pm
The kids won’t play any of that Leapster bull, right HellCat?
Start ‘em off on Contra and Chrono Trigger, and you’ll have yourself a gaggle of giggly gamer babies!

Posted by Das Kalk on November 2, 2009 at 10:01 pm

Posted by Marksman on November 2, 2009 at 11:52 pm
Ohh, the grief was bad, but man, the cake makes up for it!
…Just kidding.
Posted by xLAS3RP01NT3Rx on November 3, 2009 at 5:44 pm
’sorry to hear about that, kalk.

I think we’ve got your back here, though.

Something tells me what he’s being dragged away to might not be too bad.
Posted by L337MA573R on November 3, 2009 at 12:59 pm
And is it just me, or does the bride kinda look like bs_angel?
Posted by xLAS3RP01NT3Rx on November 3, 2009 at 5:45 pm
WHY DO PEOPLE THINK THE BRIDE LOOKS LIKE BS ANGEL?
If it were Angel, she’d be the one playing!
What kind of heresies are you bunch dreaming up now?
Angel wouldn’t dare pull anyone away from Halo!
Unless they’d taken her favorite spot on the couch, that is.
;)
