You’re playing Halo with your buddies, the enemy is dominating your team with their seemingly invincible M12 LRV, and your friend shouts, “Destroy that hot dog!” You know he meant Warthog and he knows he meant Warthog, but the opportunity presented itself and there is no other option but to capitalize on it. Do you make a crack about his unquenchable thirst for mouth-watering wieners or do you create an awesome cross-stitch project based on the verbal blunder? Sprite Stitch user paperbot is clearly not me because she opted for the latter. Starting with an inside joke and adding a plethora of X-shaped stitches, the finished product of a Halo sprite paired with pixel font text is nothing short of win. That’s a good thing considering a game full of sausage-themed callouts was probably anything but. Damn it, now I’m craving a footlong. Not that this is different from any other time mind you.

Clearly the MC is pictured with his compensation, his long barreled shot gun, no doubt envious of other’s hot dogs he has set out to destroy them with his explosive weapon.
I’m curious as to who the “we” refers to? The MC and Cortana? Cortana no doubt has the skills when it comes to absorbing certain objects (the index).
Really a footlong…subway has….5….5 dollar….5 dollar footlong.
Last year in English my teacher was selling pens for $5 so everybody started calling out objects worth that amount. I was hungry so I shouted, “I’ve got a footlong!” Everybody went silent, every girl stared at me and the guys laughed, and I meekly added, “…sandwich.”

When I saw “Hot Dog,” I instantly thought of Battlestar Galactica (the new one.) Yeah, I’m clearly not like paperbot, either, angel. I’m the one who spends hours on a monologue on why they like juicy wieners….
