Mass Effect 2 Cover Art

Mass Effect 2′s recently revealed cover art may not tell you the specific release date (it’s expected to hit a retail shelf near you in early 2010), but it does shed some important light on the featured characters. Commander Shepard, who appears to have selected the extremely glitchy Security shoulders, is closely followed by a Big Daddy and a scantily clad female who is neither naked nor blue. And don’t worry about thanking me for the insight. It’s what I do!
… Who the hell is that chick? I miss Liara. ._.
That’s Miranda Lawson from the iPhone/iTouch game Mass Effect Galaxy, many of the characters from that game are party members in ME:2

Wait a second… that’s Ashley? But… but that chick is hot! Ashley looked like she got plowed in the face by a Mac truck and then got plastic surgery from whoever did Micheal Jackson’s face…

I don’t think they would put a character on the cover that might not be in the game.
Well, you could kill Wrex and it looks like he’s on the cover. I think they’re just going with canon. Or those are just new characters.
If you killed Wrex and they give you a replacment Krogan, it would probably be Nax from ME:G
I don’t think it’s Ashely – I think it’s the new chick from Mass Effect Galaxies. Ash is latino and that girl looks more like Michelle (if that’s her name)

Wrex was the best character from the first game, in my opinion. I never got tired of hearing him tersely saying “Shepherd”.
Unfortunately, If I recall a certain magazine article on the threads over on the Mass Effect forums(which I advise people don’t go to unless they look at the stickies and only a select few threads, otherwise your head will explode, and not in the good way), well…
That’s not Wrex. It’s a different Krogan. Due to the fact that Wrex was able to be killed off in Mass Effect, they have to limit his role. One of the casualties of having to include so many choices :(

From what I understand, that Krogan is named Grunt. The woman is Miranda (you can see her in the E3 demo videos, when they pull up the power wheel, it says Miranda, and the other guy in those videos is Jacob, also from Galaxy).
Hmm. . . better be able to have Tali back in my party. -_-

the “2″ looks like it was cut in photoshop out of the gears of war 2 title and poor;y resized and placed there. lol. still looks like a cool game though.
