  1. Visitor at home says:

In other words. A load of Horse**** games, either adaptions, or sequels.

  2. Radius says:

Wow. This month sucks if the best game release is a baseball game.

    • bs angel says:

No doubt. Looks like it may be a catch-up-on-games-you-haven’t-finished-yet month, eh?

      • Crazeye0 says:

Or just another Halo month =P

        • HALO3syourdaddy says:

          yepp lol

  3. dickbutt says:

I thought batman was coming out this month!?

    • Nick says:

publisher delays… game is done, but they are making it a fall game for some reason…

      • Terik says:

no thats next month i cant wait

  4. Don’t care, don’t care, don’t care, and What the Hell is that.

    • Nick says:

totally getting g-force… lol just kidding… maybe renting at gamefly… lol

  5. dragnew says:

Well, that’s good news. For me, at least. Means there won’t be any good games that I miss out on getting. Bloody unemployment, means I have to start saving for ODST now. Bah Humbug.

  6. GeneralCupcakes says:

Crappy games mean more money left over for the Fall Releases of L4D2, ODST, and Assassin’s Creed 2, etc.

    • Naepa34 says:

Yea, the fall is gonna be crazy with releases. This is just a saving month.

  7. LAZR Blade 14 says:

    Team Fortress 2.
    It’s all I’ll ever need.

    • dickbutt says:

My frickin’ PC can’t even play it ): and the 360 version is balls.

    • FishType1 says:

      TF2 and Halo 3.

  8. JohnKiller118 says:

Alright, now I can save up for Wolfenstein and Halo: ODST!
And since I’m getting Wolfenstein on the PC, I’ll save an extra $10!

  9. The Bigs (uno) was pretty sweet. Not what you’d call a baseball sim, for sure.

Bigs 2 is on the short list.

  10. Ragingterror says:

Catch-up month indeed. That, and the Mothership Zeta expansion for Fallout 3…

  11. HellCat says:

All i see is garbage. A month of ketch-up it is

  12. mysterioso2006 says:

I wish the summer was video game season….not just movie season. Now I have near NOTHING to play until ODST comes out.

  13. Cardo says:

I play my brother quite a bit in “The Bigs” because he is afraid of virtual guns and dying in Halo (He is 30). The game is so damn predictable but can be fun in short bursts. Bigs 2 looks like the exact same half-assed game as the first, but my bro will still probably buy it.

  14. DethPwn says:

    Yay! Money-saving month FTW!

  15. ODST Alpha says:

I like(sarcastic) it how all the big games come out in Fall, when school for probably the majority of the gamers in the world comes back into effect.

A proper marketing technique would be to wait until releasing in the summer, when people will be lazy and doing work, and then suddenly releasing a new game that’s been hyped for so long, and sales shoot through the roof while the others have to watch this game earn profit while they wait until fall.. Then again, keeping all the big releases around each other provides competition, to see who sells the most.

And think about it. Put it all together, the games have to compete for money. Spread them apart, and all the companies earn money.

Only the latter game plan is win-win.
