Depends on the state. In some, you can’t have any frame at all, others, it’s okay so long as the exp date on the tag is visible, and still others, don’t care.
This would get stolen like-THAT, especially if you drove within half a mile of a High School, those teens can just smell Halo related paraphernalia miles away.
LOL, that’s pretty awesome… there’s a truck up here in Fairbanks that has the license plate M12LRV… I talked to the guy that owns it, and confirmed that it is indeed in honor of the Warthog… I’m just mad ‘cuz I didn’t think of it first :D

This reminds me of a license plate I saw of a fellow student that was in one of my classes.
It said Red Team he was clearly a Halo fan, I should have taken I picture of it when I had the chance.
