In the previous episode, the sarge got taken/killed by a giant bug. And when they seen the 3 arrows, they said “PROMOTION TIME!”

Their almighty leader has been taken/killed/maimed/moved on or something ergo, visa vi, concordantly someone must be promoted to fill the gap… maybe.

What he said :)
Super tries to lend a helping hand but the squad seems more concerned on who is getting promoted next.

Posted by GeneralCupcakes on June 10, 2009 at 6:04 am
One’s loss is someone’s victory.
Posted by CrunchbiteNuva on June 10, 2009 at 6:13 am
um, do they think that those arrows are a rank?
Posted by pittofdoom on June 10, 2009 at 7:32 am
That’s exactly what those arrows represent. And they’re called chevrons, not arrows.
Posted by DeepCee on June 10, 2009 at 7:56 am
Actually they are just arrows :)
<<< (This way to find Sarge)
Posted by AK05 on June 14, 2009 at 12:25 am
Mind you that the real chevrons used in the U.S. military (Army or Marines to be exact) are very similar, just not as straight and pointy, but that is usually the symbol for enlisted grade.
