I was looking forward to the PSP Go before the $249 price tag. You figure less hardware and non-touch screen would bring the price down. I still don’t even have a Wii yet. Looking forward to Final Fantasy VII on the PSN though.

I can’t justify that price tag either. I still have my original PSP (never got the slim version) and it is chugging along just fine!

    Failstation at it again.

Some good looking games, but the gadgety stuff and the overpriced hardware is just a non-starter for me.

I was rather un-impressed with the press conference. MS’s was way better this year. Plus that weird motion controller/eye toy thing that they showed was rather lame IMO. Maybe it is just me not really liking that type of thing tho.

To me it turned out to be a lot of “HEY look we have that too!!” most of their big points were just alternate versions of things that microsoft and nintendo already did/have. It may be a little better, but not worth the purchase, the only game that looked fun to me was the cartoony racing game, but microsoft announce something kinda like that too, but free

  5. Rhamsey says:

How could you forget ModNation Racers? that was the best part of the ps3 conference. the rest just disapointed me.
god of war, liked the first, should have ended there.
trico, its more like ico, and less SotC
    motion sensing was good.
PSP go, overpriced, pretty when closed, but open is eh.
and thats pretty much it. you forgot the most innovative and original section.

  6. COL0NEL SANDERS says:

God of War 3 and Gran Turismo 5 are the only things that would interest me, but I don’t own a PS3 so it doesn’t matter.
    lol
If I had the money though, I would totally get a PS3 for GoW3 and Killzone 2 and possibly a few other games.

    • FishType1 says:

The aiming in Killzone 2 is probably one of the worst ever.

  7. Penguin Ninjoid says:

I find it hilarious that Sony’s motion cap technology is faster and more accurate than the Wii’s. The lifeline of the Wii just got stomped on.

That, plus Natal, and gamers will be skinny and fit before you know it!

    ….or not. >.>

  8. Sten4sw says:

I no longer have any reason to buy a Wii, even their motion plus thing is no where near as good as sony’s new sex toys.

  9. qwerf says:

hmmm speaking of psp could anyone suggest any good games for it, lately i find it kind of borring.

    • Rhamsey says:

      just lately?
