Wow. Good thing this is no longer a COD game.

    • Tortacular says:

Looks good, although I’m more concerned about the multi-player.

  2. qwerf says:

    it looks really nice

  3. neoxdonut says:

    Awesome.

Actually, this trailer doesn’t impress me. The graphics look to be a step back from COD4, and it seems kinda melodramatic.

How much more can they milk this franchise for?

    • Das Kalk says:

how do they appear to be a step back? I think they’ve given them a great deal of polish, and consider that the environments appear quite a bit larger… I’d also like to know how it’s melodramatic… It’s not like it’s overly emotional or anything, it is being based of extremely plausible circumstances stemming from the first game. Also, the term “milking” is – I believe – being misused here. It does not mean they are “milking” the frnachise if they continue making games in the series, since the franchise began as a game. That’s like saying they milked Condemned, or that they milked Dynasty Warriors Gundam or something (which, actually, is a by-product of milking the dynasty warriors series so…). Also, even IF they were milking the series, why does it matter as long as we get great games to play. What I am trying to say is, give the game a chance.

On another note, that trailer gave me shivers…

Did anyone else wonder what Altair was doing in the trailer about halfway through? White hood, dagger and all… werd… :P

      Comment of the Year ^

  6. DethPwn says:

Now I wanna see how craptacular the next few CoD games turn out.

  7. Das Kalk says:

we need to remember that this is INFINITY WARD, and they gave us COD 4………. It’s likely that the game will not suck

    • DethPwn says:

No doubt about that, I meant the sure-to-be declining quality of the CoD series now that Treyarch holds the reigns.

  8. Mr Meyagi says:

ZOMG!!!!my jaw was dropped the whole time….im with ya Das!!

  9. Naepa34 says:

The new main bad guy sounds less intimidating than the COD4 guy. He sounds more creepy. Also, getting pulled out of a 5 story building by a rope being pulled from a helicopter looks pretty awesome.

  10. Tentimook says:

BSangel? And a CoD?! I thought they would never mix!!

  11. HellCat says:

I never did like COD i thought it was stupid… YEAH I SAID IT COME GET ME YOU FANBOY FANATICS!!!!
This though takes a different turn and it looks average… I still won’t play it

    • DethPwn says:

Not to sound insulting, but that’s quite dismissive. I always try something before I bash/give up on it. I’ve done it with the Hills, Haze and Adam Lambert’s singing, and I can say in confidence they suck, because I’ve experienced them.

    • Coyote 2JZ says:

I too thought CoD was stupid. That is, until I gave it a decent try. Now it’s pretty much all I play.

  12. Whaappened says:

I need a new pair of pants. GAME OVER TETRYARCH

  13. LAZR Blade 14 says:

    Dude.

  14. Lincoln says:

Half of it looked less like ‘Modern’ Warefare, and more like ‘futuristic’ Warefare. =\

  15. puptastrophe says:

Really looking forward to this game. Modern Warfare was the first CoD game that I really liked. I’m saddened that there won’t be co-op for the campaign though. That’s the one thing I really thought would have made CoD4 better. Loved the campaign in it but I always wished I could have a friend join in.
