With This Halo Ring

Halo action figures are all the rage these days, as are Halo tattoos and even Halo cakes. But Halo-themed wreaths? While I missed that particular memo, eBay seller mayette0422 clearly did not as she is currently offering up this one of a kind laurel to the lucky highest bidder. Available at a Buy It Now price of US $200 (or a starting bid of $99), this Halloween-colored circlet features a plethora of collectible knickknacks including buttons, miniature weapons, bullet shells, and even a lone Halo 2 disc. I actually have the perfect spot for this unique decoration. It’s called the inside of a closet door that nobody ever opens. Oh relax, I’m just kidding! I wouldn’t even take this sucker out of the box. Hit the jump for some close-ups of this gamer garland.

Well. Now that’s what I call dedication.
And too much free time.
Is that a floppy disk (disk, guys, not something else) with JOHN 117 on it? That’s… odd. Glittery plastic battle rifle on the other hand? Fabulous!
Weird. I noticed that only after you pointed it out.
A Spartan Floppy.
I don’t see the floppy :( (or :) depending on how you’re looking at it)
Hmm. I like the idea, but the execution is a bit . . . glue pot and sparkles.
never understood why they called the 3.5″ diskette a floppy. it was pretty firm, hard i dare say…
I’m pretty sure there was an actual soft “flopy” disk inside the plastic case.
“Some people think they can outsmart me. Maybe.” -sniff- “Maybe. …I’ve yet to meet one who can outsmart bullet.”
I’d hang that on my bedroom door for Halloween (Halo-ween?), but oddly enough… I don’t have one.
why would you do that to halo 2?
Two thoughts:
1. I want a glittery battle rifle in Halo ODST. Who wouldn’t want to kick Brute ass in Queer Eye stlye? …Okay, I wouldn’t either, but it would be awfully funny.
2. So, if I paste a bunch of useless junk to a $5.00 wreath I got at the Pottery Barn I can sell if for $200.00?
Remind me, again, why I sit in a cube for eight hours a day?
Please tell me what Pottery Barn you shop at! The one I frequent doesn’t have prices anywhere near $5.
Its kinda weird that they added real bullets to it.
Haha the plastic battle rifle is the real winner here :P
Halo 2 on the other hand…
Thats really cool but its a wreath could have been something cooler.
The spaltter pin looks nice. Disemboweled
I’m thinking maybe a shape like this instead?
