Unfortunately I only have a single Left 4 Dead playing experience behind me but considering I managed to light my whole team on fire with a poorly thrown Molotov cocktail (and by poorly thrown I mean accidentally dropped at our feet) and was also on the receiving end of more tongue lashings than I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing in real life, this game remains on my “must play” list. That’s why I’ve already added the just released today Left 4 Dead Survival Pack to my Xbox 360 download queue. Included in this free game add-on is “Survival”, a new multiplayer game mode, along with two complete campaigns for Versus Mode. By the way, if you happen to bear a striking resemblance to the Smoker, I insist that you contact me at needmoretonguelashings at yourearliestconvenience dot com. Boomers need not apply.
HA! And you thought no one would be stupid enough to actually send over a line to that fake email… Well I guess I’ve outwitted you now haven’t I!
I gotta try Left 4 Dead, as well. I played the demo a bit, but haven’t tried the full game yet. Seems pretty fun.

It’s a lot of fun. Not that you need anyone to game with, but you can hit me up if you need another Francis, or Bill, or Louis.

Well, I do live in constant fear of you sticking me with a plasma grenade and then mercilessly teabagging my body (which I’m not sure is even possible, considering).
Or maybe Xbox.com is acting up. Or maybe I did it accidentally–I get so frustrated with the Guide being so slow in the NXE that I have been known to randomly push buttons in an attempt to coax it into responsiveness.
I just hope we can put this ugliness behind us and you can forgive me for ruining your skulls contest by revealing the answer to the jumble (FRIES).
I’ve never played as well.. I always wanted to but I always end up wasting my money and buying shit games… DAMN YOU NARUTO!!!
That survival mode is absolutely solid! Had about 10 tries on the Lighthouse level today and longest I managed to survive was 4 and half minutes. They have put a patch on the melee attack so it’s timed, which makes the mode frustratingly hard. The amount of times I was punched into the sea by the Tank was not funny!
Definitely worth playing. I was up all night waiting for the new DLC to launch and when it did…wow. It totally revitalized my love for that game. Not that I started to hate it, it just became rather repetitive playing the same two campaigns over and over again in versuses. The light house is a fantastic touch, but I think the Tank is way too intelligent. XD I ended up taking a deep swim far too often for my taste.

Well, I only borrowed Left 4 Dead, but I gotta say; it’s a fantastic game. Definately worth a play.
Also, the Zoey cookie is adorable.

I so wanted to enjoy this game but alas I never seem to be online when my friends are so would probably just end up playing with randoms.
I’m not sure I’d be comfortable running around screaming like a girl with the likes of half the XBL community :(

Crazy A 64; A manly man who enjoys hammers, breasts and the occasional girly screaming moment or two.
The thing you’ll find about this game is when you play online, you’re rarely paired with douches. Valve did a really good job at centering this game around teamwork, therefore making your teammates HAVE to rely on you. This game has really made a step in the right direction. Can’t wait for the rest of the DLC planned for this year!
Side note: Does anyone else think Bill looks like a wizard on that cookie?
