Mirror’s Edge made my motion sickness prone body swim with vomitty goodness. This video of someone attempting to recreate the free running feature of the game in real life has the same effect on me. While I don’t remember magic tricks being a part of the original first person platform game, watching the entirety of this parkour-themed three minute video is worth the chunky and slightly unsightly side effect. Puke, it doesn’t do a body good.

At times you can see his right hand aswell so I think this is partially filmed by a helmet mounted camera.

That was awesome, i really don’t get why he showed himself jumping into and massive, huge, gigantic diaper at the end though.
To show he doesn’t put his pants on one leg at a time, like the rest of us.

That is pretty damned cool – you know when I was a kid we used to climb on bridges and jump off ‘em (cos everywhere around us was pedestrian because we were an estate) and some kids recently posted a youtube vid of this saying it was ‘parkour’. No. We were playing games. This guy is parkour! Fun :D

Saw this just a couple days ago, and was more than happy to watch it again. Great video.
Like everybody, I really enjoyed the Parkour (sp?) aspect of this vid. But when he got into the wheeled tricks, magic illusions, and culminating in the diaper jump… Well, I couldn’t help but imagine him yelling; “Hey! Hey! Looky what I can do! Hey guys!”
he did great. but why were the random magic tricks there? and the camera work was almost EXACTLY like the game. his was a little more dizzy, but it’s allowed to be.

Meh, it’s just first-person parkour. He just called it “Real Life Mirror’s Edge” for more views. If he wanted to make a “Real Life Mirror’s Edge” video, he should’ve followed red stuff. And put a dot in the middle of the screen. And gotten a yellow messenger bag.

The running part of Mirror’s Edge didn’t make me sick. It was the combat that made cough up chunks of coagulated blood.
I liked the video, though.
