Finishing at the Speed of Light

Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k, an annual 10,000 meter road running event whose route follows historic Monument Avenue in Richmond, Virginia, took place on Saturday, March 28th. Inspired by the corresponding Richmond Times-Dispatch Dress Up and Run costume contest, a familiar Spartan supersoldier was spotted jogging alongside Family Guy’s Stewie Griffin. Unfortunately Master Chief did not find himself the winner of the race (or the costume contest), but at least he had a good excuse. It’s not easy running in over 700 lbs. of armor you know, especially when you have a fucking baby slowing you down.

You should at least ask the guy to detach the codpiece and send it to you.
lol you should
Man, it must be hot as hell to run in those.
MC + Stewie = ???
The possibilities.
= someone who needs a specially-made large helmet and has a passive-aggressive personality.
It has to suck for the people behind them, they’re getting beat by two guys in costumes.
MasterChief + Stewie = HELL
Must be really hot under that helmet.
That’s what I was thinking! I wonder if that person completed the entire race with the helmet on. That would not be fun.
It looks like it was cold that day.
Now I understand most of you will most likely not get this Halo reference, but I’m gonna throw it out there anyway. Can you tell us when and where Cortana says this?
“Go, Spartan, Go!”
when he reaches the warthog after firing the ring, right before driving over a disintegrating ring surface
Correct!
The Master Chief has some pretty sweet kicks.
If I thought I’d actually finish the race, I’d run as cortana. Otherwise, it’d all be a bit embarassing…..
