Some people enjoy gaming as a favorite pastime while others simply cannot resist taking their obsession to the next level. The Dedicated Gamer is about the passionate, talented, and sometimes flat out psycho people who love their video games and find interesting and impressive ways to express that eternal adoration. Whether it’s through confectionery delights, cosplay, or specialized crafts, all of these gamers have one thing in common: they’re nothing if not dedicated.

Those big on following popular trends take note because apparently transforming the standard periodic table of chemical elements to include video game-themed subject matter is all the rage. While the last creation displayed popular video game characters, today’s masterpiece, created by Herd of Cats, focuses specifically on the Xbox by including original Xbox games, Xbox 360 games, XBLA games, and even a spattering of pre-releases. Those of you needing help with the identifying process can find assistance with the complete list of included games. Don’t tell anybody that you used it though because that would just be embarrassing. It’s much cooler to check the list then act like you knew everything all along. Fucking n00bs.

Just in case the purposely vague postscript in the last Bungie Weekly Update wasn’t confirmation enough for you, it has now been officially confirmed that the Halo 3 Mythic Map Pack will hit the Xbox Live Marketplace on April 9th for 800
. Not wanting to be left in the dust, Gears of War 2 is also getting some new maps (and another title update). The Snowblind Map Pack, which is comprised of four new winter-themed maps, releases on March 31st for the standard 800. Apparently someone forgot that Spring officially starts on March 20th. Quit staring at your Tubgirl faceplate and learn your seasons Cliffy B!
