The only thing better than picking up a shotgun, grabbing active camo, and completely obliterating people’s faces is grabbing that active camo (along with a few stickies) and planting glowing blue orbs on opponents’ backs who unknowingly run right past you. That is why this active camouflage-themed trio, which is currently up for grabs on eBay with a starting bid of US $59.99, is absolutely screaming my name. A custom clear Halo 3 Xbox 360 faceplate (adorned with the United Nations Space Command Defense Force insignia) comes bundled with a matching miniature Master Chief Kubrick figure and also a mock plasma grenade. The illuminated by a blue-white LED and a red laser Covenant explosive also comes with a little metal cup to sit in. Like that sucker wouldn’t always be in your hands or otherwise somehow in use. I wonder if that sticky has an enemies only option. I should look into that in the actual game too.

I imagine the faceplate is awesome on its own…But once you attach it to the 360… 0_o
Anyways…the sticky is awesome, though.
Someone buy it before bs angel gets it…I think we should save her family and friends from “friendly-fire” situations. ;)

Hawty, are you a sticky spammer?
Posted by bs angel on March 31, 2009 at 10:12 am
I love stickies. They are my preferred weapon of choice. My favorite is sticking vehicles though. Fun fun fun!
Posted by triptup on March 31, 2009 at 10:26 am
yes, sticking a moving vehicle is quite satisfying!
Posted by LordOsiris on March 31, 2009 at 10:46 am
It’s usually the wrong vehicle the grenade attaches itself to, though.

If not… patent pending!!!

I’ve been wondering for a while now, do Covenant plasma grenades have some kind of warranty that says something along the lines of, “We at Covenant exploding things Inc. are not responsible for self-sticks.”
Posted by AmX15 on March 31, 2009 at 6:05 pm
I want that plasma.
Angel, could you purchase that for me?
Posted by SpaceGhost2K on March 31, 2009 at 8:43 pm
I’ve got a few of the plasma grenades listed separately. This plate also has headlight reflective spray on the logo. Not that you’ll ever have any headlights pointed at it, but, well, ya know.
I was wondering why I had three hundred hits on that auction already, lol.
I’ll see if I can get a picture of it on a console.
