  1. Well, there’s a no-brainer, if I’ve ever seen one.

for people who enjoy both fantasy worlds and was raised on RPGs then moved into FPS’s then this decision become an extremely hard one

Never! Halo had a better all-around, more developed story. xp-

Should have the same thing but with halo weapons. I bet the Halo CE Pistol would win…

Well, that was boring. If people had actually taken the categories seriously, this would have been a lot more fun. Insteand, they constantly picked the games they play the most.
AKA Halo, Halo, Halo, Halo, Halo, Halo. Jeez….

The categories were just names randmoly picked by angel, if I recall…nothing to do with the actual games within them. Right?

Yes, divisions are random just as they are with the real March Madness. And who’s to say that voting for the games they play the most is the wrong way to do this? People can use whatever criteria they want to vote, there’s no right or wrong way to do it.

i voted based off the memories and ammount of fun i had playing the games i chose. i may have played alot of tetris when i was young but i didnt have the memories ive had while playing halo3 so when the two were put up to vote i choose halo based off what the game meant to me.

          Hence the term “choice”.
People choose what they like. Everything has been that way since the beginning of time. It just so happens on a Halo-centric blog, that most of the people would choose Halo-because they like it more then the other one.

Okay fine, whatever. I have no idea how the college ones work. It’s jsut this that there were no surprises anywhere.

In the college ones, I’m assuming sometimes people expect something to win and then they don’t, and people are crazy happy or sad about it.

In this, everyone already knew what the outcome would be (at least, I did), which made the whole thing rather dull, no offense. Meh.

I’ve actually had a lot of fun. brought back great memories of games i have not played in years! actually influenced some cool dreams too of old arcade days and the shit we used to do on the walks to and from the arcade! thanks bs for an awesome tournament so far!!!

I would think that – and stop me if I’m wrong here – the games that people play most – I’m going out on a limb here – would be the games they thought were best. So they would probably vote for those games as the best games.

you cant blame Angel for this one. all she did was set it up. it was the silly people that didn’t vote for Chrono Trigger we have to blame now.. (yes, i’m still bitter, :P )

No matter the results, bs has brightened up our lives with this fun game, while making us dust off our old classics. Thanks for the fun! *pops in GoldenEye*

Btw, this gave me a LOT of material for my experiment!
