HBO is where I entered the Halo community at large and thus gets my vote.

  2. HBO is where I entered the Halo community at large and thus gets my vote.

    What he said. =)

  3. DarkerNukes says:

Real7alk! There’s just so many great people there. I think I’m falling in love with it :D

  4. Jim 028 says:

I’ll keep my vote secret and safe for now. :D

  5. Pete VenkmanPHD says:

Halocharts’ community is growing extreamly fast, and yet has remained quite civil and helpful. It is a great group of folks.

  6. Das Kalk says:

gotta go with Bnet, simply because it has THE MOST Halo content around, and it stimulates the community in more ways than a lot of the other sites on this list. That’s not to say they aren’t great as well, but Bnet has, and always will be the best Halo social site around. It’s got screenshots, videos, connectivity with your 360, annoying little kids who hate Luck for the BR spread, and best of all, Halo fans.

  7. Kermi says:

RvB gets my vote : not just for their machinima, but because they’ve got a great community of gamers there.

  8. Destiny says:

I had a hard time on this personally, all sites were great, but I went with B.Net’s community. The community is great and fun!

  9. Foman123 says:

Bungie.net is the obvious choice. There is nowhere better to go to find hardcore Halo fans, instant access to news and information about Halo, and consistent interaction with many of Bungie’s longest-term fans. Wade through the noise and chatter of the second-most popular video game website on the internet, and you will find true gems that will deepen your understanding of the Halo Universe, entertain you for hours, and massively improve your game. Plus, Bungie.net has the Community Files system, which is clearly untouchable thanks to the awesome efforts of the web team.

  10. FoeHammer777 says:

Bungie.net-With its quick and easy to join groups, awsome forums, and great people,Bungie.net gets my vote

  11. rowboat 000 says:

Bnet get’s my vote. The original juggernaut that is still holding strong.

  12. Rivtander says:

Bnet. Forums, communities. It’s where I go for indirect social interactions.

  13. Jim says:

My vote goes for HBO for this one, as well. It’s got a great forum, and it’s a great jumping-off point for other Halo communities.

  14. John says:

I would also say HBO, although Real7alk is close second.

  15. Sarge Tomzilla says:

I went with Red vs Blue.

  16. BladedDakkon107 says:

    RVB all the way

  17. Ragingterror says:

    My vote is in.

  18. Mace Windex says:

I voted for one of them.

  19. Mr Smiley says:

Bungie.net. It’s probably the best “community” site that talks about H3 in my opinion. Plus, what more than to have Bungie Employees on there, maybe not as active, but active enough so we notice them. It’s good to see some Employees active in there once in awhile.

But my main point is there is so many things you can do in there — share film clips/screenshots/gametypes/maps, Private Groups, The Flood, H3 Forum, etc.

  20. AnTi PRO says:

There are too many awesome choices up there!!! I went with Real7alk because their community is very inviting and I love their podcasts. B.net is awesome and all, but there are just too many people on it.

  21. SonGoharotto says:

B.net may be the best game-specific community ever, but HBO is the best Halo community.

  22. ChazAntoine says:

Sticking with Halocharts for the awesome community that I met there.

  23. DiscipleN2k says:

I may be a bit biased here since it’s the only forum I’ve actively participated in this century, but I vote HBO ftw!

  24. Ph4de says:

HBO is my choice, you can find all kinds of halo related news and the community is great.

  25. SonofMacPhisto says:

    voted

  26. GrowingDemon says:

I was one of the first members of real7alk, and I’ve seen it grow from a small bnet group to a strong community site. They even have a podcast in which one of the episodes had some strange woman talking jibberish for half an hour. Oh wait…

  27. Jaklap says:

halo.bungie for the IRC, without a doubt.

  28. Frogwart says:

    Voted!

  29. HSAR says:

While bungie.net is great, the forums there aren’t very helpful. HBO gets the win.

  30. AGhost says:

    Voted

  31. estoy0no says:

I’ve been a member of RvB for way too long to not vote for the Texans… Voted!

  32. ZZoMBiE13 says:

    HBO!

  33. DeepCee says:

    You have my vote :)

  34. Mjonir says:

I don’t know all of those but I voted HBO, Bungie.net is a bit too… random.

  35. Rev Freakshow says:

    Bungie.net for me.

  36. NartFOpc says:

HBO since I don’t really spend time anywhere else

  37. oMFG Carnage says:

defantally Bungie.net i get on there like every day and do forums and check out the blog…i mean seriosly who knows more about halo than the people who made it =]

  38. Philip Willis says:

Again, Halocharts has my vote. It has a really good community in the forums and I seem to be spending more and more time there!

  39. Since Hawty isn’t on here. HBO

  40. Snowman says:

    I have officially voted.

  41. a10m1c says:

I would honestly have to go with Bungie.Net. While sure HBO is nice and everything, I do not feel like it reaches up to the standard of a community site that Bungie.Net has created.

Bungie.Net is a place where everyone in the halo community can gather, share videos, screenshots, stories, basically everything and have their own little sub-board with tons of members to interact with. Bungie.Net is so active, your topic is almost guaranteed to be at the bottom of the front page within a few hours.

The interactivity between Bungie Members, Forum Moderators, and Members is usually very positive and equal. The Moderators are down to earth and seem to be level in rank with the members (excluding the pretty orange text that is.) I’ve definetily found a home in Bungie.Net

  42. nyo says:

I went with hbo of course

  43. wadjet2 says:

Halocharts by far! For a social site, this is the best there is to offer. You get detailed stats, people will make you a great signature quickly, and with no charge, and the people there pretty much NEVER flame!

I have seen one person flame on Halocharts.com, but he left quite a while ago.

  44. R2-JL says:

    HBO, no contest

  45. More HBOFTW!

  46. Xpargas says:

    REAL7ALK FTW

although i am currently banned :(

  47. Al7eredBeasT says:

I voted for B.net, but thats only because i’ve never really been into any of the forums on the others.

  48. Real 7alk! When I first started to get into posting in forums, Bnet was my prime choice for spending time in. When I discovered R7, I realized just how amazing small communities are! At R7, a single member can have a huge impact on the community. Also, everyone is very friendly there, and will always give you guidance on a variety of subjects (computer help, video games, ect.).

  49. bklawley says:

Halocharts ftw! I’d vote HC every time!

  50. The 14th Wonder says:

    HBO again.

It’s the only Halo site I use for socialness…about Halo.

Yes, I do have a life. Then again, the fact that I’m voting/discussing fan websites would not be an argument in my favor.

  51. Coyote 2JZ says:

I voted for one of them.

  52. Enrisan says:

    Voted for Bungie.net.
Only because I don’t really use the other sites, HBO’s forum could use work.
But Bungie’s site usually has some interesting stuff to read.

  53. Shadow says:

RvB seems like the best choice on this one

  54. Predator5791 says:

Pff, Real7alk all the way. No place has that friendly neighborhood feeling like R7 does.

  55. blink says:

    R7 NO BITCHASSNESS SON

  56. AJENSEN4970 says:

HaloCharts has an amazing social community… HC Forums are always civil, positive and fun… Feedback from the community helps drive the ongoing site improvement efforts by Firestream and staff…

Awesome community challenges for Matchmaking and Campaign gameplay…

  57. Chuckar0o says:

Alright imm happy to see that H3wheelmen.com has indeed made the Finals I truely believe that every dedicated member of h3wheelmen.com shall make a vote towards our great community.

thanks every1 who helped use reach the finals and i thanks for your votes

  58. CURT KURT says:

Real7alk for the freakin win fools!!!

  59. Ian says:

Although I’m not super active in forums, I can tell Real7alk is a really nice community. I went with them.

  60. RSR Roach says:

    Real7alk all the way!

  61. Kshef says:

Like predator said real7alk is the only halo site that doesn’t flame you for spelling something wrong unlike bungie.net lol. In conclusion Real7alk FTW !

  62. Firestream says:

    I hath voted.

  63. chris101b says:

I voted for Bungie.net because they are the ones that have made everything. Because of Bungie.net and bungie, all of the other sites mentioned have come into existence. Thank you Bungie!!!

  64. ThisOnes4Chief says:

    Gotta go with bungie.

  65. Axilo says:

    Real7alk.com
It’s a good website with a big active community.

  66. 0 KK Slider o says:

I voted – Bnet all the way!

  67. I would have to pick H3WM due to the great community and the work which has gone into making the site function as well as the leader boards. The community its self respects each other with little or no spam on the forums. It was a difficult decision to pick between all the sites on offer.

  68. [QQ Church] says:

    Real 7alk for the WIN!

  69. Yoinhell says:

    Pshh… Obviously REAL7ALK

  70. BDFreshman says:

H3Wheelmen FTMFW!!!!!! Best community, focused around driving, mature people (for the most part), and it’s like one big happy family. That sounds kinda gay…but it really is a cool site.

  71. Andrew says:

real7alk is the best for me, all my friends use it and i made a ton of friends that were acually hard to beat at halo.

  72. RockinPunk says:

    real7alk.com it’s the bomb!

  73. Xaxus says:

Red v.s Blue was mine. Awesome videos, and a cool social site.

  74. Laughlyn C69 says:

H3Wheelmen hands down. i have never been involved in a community that was so helpful in as many aspects AND as fun to shoot the bull with. also many great sets of peeps to go play a few matches with, 95% of them being nothing short of the most fun and entertaining gaming experience i’ve had to date.

  75. We over at H3Wheelmen are honored to have been included as a finalist in the voting here. We strive to be a community that is open to any gamer at any skill level (as long as you love the Warthog lol). We welcome all Ground Pounders, Laser Humpers, Objective Whores and Vehicle Noobs . Stop by and you will see what we’re talking about.

  76. mastercmj2003 says:

bungie.net. This really, is the only website that i am dedicated to the forums for. The website is the games home page (as told in the manual, and throughout the game). The forums are maintained well, and the community is diverse. The groups are fun to be apart of, and make it easy to meet people. They keep track of individual stats, making it easier for third party websites (like halocharts) to do their thing. bungie.net gets my vote, hands down.

  77. And… HBO again.

I’m posting too quickly? Fuck you, website. You’re just too slow.

  78. Ethan says:

hey had to go with the bungie.net

  79. RogueAssassin4 says:

h3wheelmen FTW! i have never seen a community thats helped me become a more mature and more likable person.

  80. I personally say Bungie.net. I mean, who else could make a better social networking site for Halo than the people who made Halo? You can access all of your data, along with anybody else’s. Heck, if you have Bungie Pro, you can even take your saved films and convert them into a video onto your computer! I can’t name a single Halo social site that could allow you to share all your geeky fandom to such an extent than Bungie’s very own site.

  81. cheesey p00fs says:

If I had to narrow it down, it’d be either Bungie.net or Redvsblue.com
Considering Bungie.net has a larger assortment of people, I guess it’s better as a social website. Redvsblue comes in second.

  82. Bob says:

Bungie.net because, well, duh it’s HALO!

  83. franchize says:

    going with Bnet

  84. Prvtruls says:

    Bungie.net

It’s got all the latest Halo related news and a big forum for us fans to chat and discuss various Halo related things.

The Ninjas and Moderators are oing a great job keeping the forums free from spammers and haters.

  85. Cleenstream says:

Of course it’s Bungie.net!! I mean, the Flood, doesn’t get weirder!

  86. Cameron McIntosh says:

HBO. I would’ve said Bungie.net, but the community there sucks.

  87. PR3FONTAINE says:

HBO, it is still growing and will continue it is an awsome site

  88. xl McG lx says:

For a social networking site, it would have to be bungie.net.
By far there are the most halo 3 players who sign up and constantly are using bungie.net. Here, they have many categories and filters in order to keep all the forums in order. Plus the moderators do a good job in keeping out spammers and people who nothing better to do but to ruin everybody’s day by asking for the sacred “r” word.
Also through this site, people figure out how to fix or do some of the halo 3 glitches especially the armor issue.
Groups are made through this site in order to make a fanclub dedicated to a similar belief the members hold.
Bungie.net definetly serves as the best social networking site for all halo community members.

  89. amaru215 says:

    bungie.net 4 lyfe

  90. sir face says:

    You have my vote.

  91. Scapegoat413 says:

I voted B.net… Mainly because I’m not a part of anything else. It takes a lot to make me branch out.

  92. TC Scrub says:

Bungie.net is the only possible answer

  93. Lantus Nova says:

I will definitely have to say bungie.net, seeing as it’s the root of all halo evil.

  94. Tylyr1 says:

Bungie.net, everyone goes on those forums

  95. Zytrox says:

Bungie FTW! But seriously i have to go with bungie because you can go there and get all of your: game stats, screenshots, forums, pie, updates, pie, and you actually can get responses from the bungie staff in the forums.

  96. Dan says:

Bungie. net all the way, i have recently started using the forums, and have had their feed since the beginning

  97. THE Tyronius says:

    voted B.NET

  98. XXXrayVizionXX says:

I like Bungie because it gives me cool links to things like this.

  99. rachcaiv says:

    bungie.net

  100. RevenADD says:

I agree with Scapegoat413, B.net ’cause, well, it just rocks. Period.

  101. Reborn says:

Bungie.net. It has a great community and the people are great (usually…haha)

  102. NY Yanks 33 says:

Hands down it B.Net.everyday there is a new 100 reply topic. There are always conversations and argument.Mostly arguments.Mostly rasist or sexist. But always something to enjoy.

  103. K1ng koopa13 says:

    B.Net FTW!

  104. Acclaiming says:

Real7alk, I was one of the first members of the site and i am amazed at how many people are in it today.

  105. Alienhed says:

Bungie.net for sure…I used to be avid on it until my one account got banned from Shish. :(
Anywho I will probably get back into the chat on my old/new gamertag.

  106. wolfmeister26 says:

b.net because its the main halo website

  107. Althought Bungie.net is the actual site, the focus of it is mainly on the game, not on the forums. I voted HBO because it is a huge community with the most.. obviously… social networking.

    not much to say here.

  108. StakOverflow says:

    I voted!

  109. Shadowshot2 says:

Bungie.net on it’s own, it is a large site with sub-categories, halo, it has a huge fanbase and many people that want to talk with others

  110. ROYALTY SOLDIER says:

GOTTA go with bungie.net cuz its the first halo website I got involved with

  111. Pancakes says:

I like b.net the most because groups are awesome.

  112. testiclease 95 says:

bungie.net doesnt get any better. its the halo HQ.

  113. Falcon 995 says:

    bungie.net all the way

  114. Omega Weapon says:

    Bungie.net FTW

  115. RAIDERJUNKIE says:

Bungie.net all the way. Easy to use, and easy to find your stats along with others.

  116. Titanbob says:

yes i have to give bungie.net some credit because of the overall awesomeness of the site that no one can over come… BUT i gotta give it to the the guys over at Red vs Blue! bungie is and will be the greatest and superist site for halo but Rooster teeth and the lovable guys that create red vs blue take the cake for no one comming close to the face melting power of there work.

Titanbob less than 3′s red vs blue
    Me <3 rvb

  117. warmach1n392 says:

It’s tough but got yo go with Bnet simply because they have the most halo content. RvB came close but there mainly based on machinimas and grifball.

  118. Evan MacGregor says:

i was tied between rvb and bungie.net, but i had to go with rvb. keep making videos!

  119. halofan555 says:

bungie .net is for me the best choice because well there are alot of friendly people in there and is a good place to talk about anything and the best thing is that there are places for anyone like random stuff to help in achivements.

  120. Seranthian says:

There’s the Bnet!! It’s where I first came into the hardcore Halo community, and there’s hardly ever a dull moment there. I’ve learned so much about different ways to play and learned new skills to help kick -blam- in Matchmaking.

  121. clay says:

RvB gets my vote : not just for their machinima, but because they’ve got a great community of gamers there.

  122. SMGstring says:

Bungie.net where the kids get so angry on the forums you’d think they needed a vet!

  123. Mythonian says:

RvB. Excellent group of people, and also entertaining.

  124. cbclark says:

I spend the most time of any of these at Bnet, so that’s where my vote comes from. Quite a diversity of people frequent this site.

  125. Mini Shade 47 says:

Although B.net is probably one of the best, i had to go with RvB. They have made so much contribution to the Halo universe and their videos are hilarious!

  126. hoseph says:

bungie.net has to be the best, i mean its the website made by the people that made the game

  127. Necrogoblikon says:

B.net first sight I checked out when getting into halo, and I get good answers to questions there.

  128. TheAmgine25 says:

Bungie.net!!! Who in their right mind would say otherwise?

  129. RisingDragon11 says:

Voted for Bungie.net, of course. Always fun to see what they’ve got there, both from Bungie themselves and from the Halo community.

  130. Spartan78541 says:

R vs. B is has a great community

  131. WW4G TaintSnifer says:

Bungie.net … simply because I can’t begin to tell my total online time on B.Net while at my office at work … shhhh, don’t tell the boss.

  132. WW4G TaintSnifer says:

I would have to sayBungie.net. Simply because I can’t begin to tell my total online time on B.Net while at my office at work … shhhh, don’t tell the boss.

  133. Mulligan RX says:

I voted for RvB, just because they make very funny videos with a good community. However, I must admit I didn’t see B.net on the list so I wish I had voted for them, because not only do they make the great games, the administration listen to your ideas (Optimatch forum for example), they display funny videos such as RvB in their informative blog, they have a weekly update which I itch for every week, and the amazing groups they house, such as the Halo 3 Academy (sorry for the plug but I couldn’t resist)

  134. Karatesause says:

Bungie.net is my vote. There is no other site i can go to , to just chill and talk to people bout Halo.

  135. kilimanjaro7 says:

of course bungie.net it is the greatest site ever. u get all the latest info and news about whats goin on in the halo world. not to mention those random posts from shishka or stosh. bungie.net ftw

  136. DTDiegoxx951 says:

Bnet. Why? cuz they made Halo combat evolved , 2 , and 3

  137. mmatienz says:

…Great blog with all types of forums such as the flood

  138. Crazibouncer says:

I would have to say Bungie.net. This site has been one of those sites that i participate with frequently. First, it was basically a site which had updates on the Halo series, starting from Halo: CE, Halo 2, then Halo 3. It was information straight from Bungie. It also wasn’t so serious. This site had many jokes and amusing events that occured throughout the years and still does today. On this site is also a chance for you to make yourself known throughout the Halo and bungie universe. Post videos and screenshots, socialize with fellow fans whether it be arguing, agreeing, praising, trying to understand, trying to make theories of yours known throughout the communtiy, and in some cases having fun. This was done using the bungie.net forums. It was and still is great and is always thriving with members debating and or just talking with one another. It cannon get better then that.

  139. Heath says:

    Bungie.net
    Enough said.

  140. ShaUSty says:

For this i chose Bungie.net. It got me onto the Halo Series and the forums, and Community is nice. I can just go there whenever and get the scoop on the lated videos and announcments.

  141. MOX13 says:

bungie.net without a doubt. The weekly updates kept me going all year long, almost as much as breathing air did.

  142. Mutoid Log says:

The punchline of a very dirty joke.net/

  143. snafu BOOM says:

Bungie is home base for me. I can find links and content for any of the other social sites there. RvB’s hilarious series come to mind.

  144. That Guy says:

Bungie.net because mainly I haven’t gone to the other ones… and because I learned I got a traffic cone splatter [somehow?] Haha! XP

Bungie.net. It’s all I’ve ever used, and it is easy to use. Have a question? You will get an answer within 5 mins of asking it. As you can guess, that is what I voted for, haha. BUNGIE FTW!

  159. Ziqo X says:

Red vs Blue will forever be the place for nerds ;), and the new series “reconstruction” really took the team into the Halo 3 age.

  160. Damon says:

bungie.net because of the forums and to be able to look at peoples profiles.

  161. Sormeki says:

I’m going to have to go with Bungie.net on this one. I hang out there more than any of the other sites, even if I just lurk. ; )

  170. linkmaster2010 says:

  171. beener25 says:
