If you have a thing for tiny Spartan helmets, you may want to mark your calendar for February and May as two waves of teeny tiny multicolored heads will be coming to an action figure near you. Scaled to be compatible with the 12-inch McFarlane Toy Spartan figures, they will be sold in packs of three with a custom stand (for flat surface or wall-mount display) in addition to individual interlocking stands. Personally I prefer my helmets to be of the massively large variety but hey, to each their own. See all available sets in both waves after the jump.
Helmet 3-Packs, Wave 1 available in February 2009

Set 1: Mark VI (Red), EOD (Red), CQB (Red)

Set 2: Hayabusa (White), EVA (Cyan), Rogue (Crimson)

Set 3: Master Chief, CQB (Orange), Rogue (Silver)

Set 4: EVA (Yellow), Hayabusa (Red), EOD (Blue)
Helmet 3-Packs, Wave 2 available in May 2009

Set 1: Scout (white), Mark VI (blue), EVA (red)

Set 2: CQB, Rogue, EOD (all blue)

Set 3: EOD (sage), Hayabusa (violet), CQB (yellow)

I’m noticing a surprising lack of any steel-colored Spartans in the McFarlane Spartans…
