I know it may be the end of 2009 but I think we will all agree that these are the best of all time.

Biggest Halo News- This goes to the only this worth this category and I believe many Halo fans would agree, The original announcement for Halo 2. When this popped out for the first time, Halo was already in full swing and fans were just about every where. The game had a side Alternate reality game that pushed it though(I Love Bees). This announcement brought more atenition in the series than anything else. We did not know what was going to happen after the chief was left derelict in space and fans couldn’t wait.
Fans were not that surprised at the rest of the series. We knew that they had to come out with Halo 3 and the other games were no surprise. The Halo 2 announcement comes in first place for sure.

Biggest Community Contributer (Website)- Halopedia is the only thing on the list that comes close. Bungie’s website only only has information, but Halopedia is a one stop dream

Biggest Community Contributer (Individual)- There is no real answer for this one, but if it came down to just having to pick 1, I couldn’t. There would have to be a group of people, a team that is agreed upon by all. They would have to be Bungie. Without them, we would not have this all revered game today. Let’s give them a round of applause.

Best Montage- Halo Hell 1 and 2 by the team Hollywood Halo is the undisputed champions of Halo montages. Each episode incorporates visual puns and breathtaking syncing that makes you want to make one. They are the best. Now, if it came down to best montage under four minutes, I would have to give that to Newb Productions Citizen Soldier video.

Best Machinima Series- Okay. Anyone who denies this series dos not appreciate Halo. Red vs. Blue by Rooster Teeth Productions has lasted over 6 seasons and over 120 episodes. Each episode if filled with comedy and a complex story line that leaves you riveted all the way until the end of the season and wanting more with the cliff hanger and huge plot point. This series alone boosted so much interest in Halo that in Halo 2, there are many references to this series. This is without a doubt, the best machima that has ever been made. But I cannot leave without at least an honorable mention to the runners up, Spriggs and This Spartan Life. Both are amazing and Worthy of this list, but sprigs came out when Halo 3 was released and stopped after 13 episodes. This Spartan life was released during Halo 2 and is still in its sixth episode. Both are beaten on a wide margin by Red vs. Blue.

Best Video- There is many videos of Halo online and I would drown in the internet sea trying to find the best video, but the best would have to go to Haloid, a cross over video that mixes a confrontation between Master Chief and Samus Aran. This video contains a lot of action packed moments and one of the best sniper kills I have ever seen the Spartan perform. Defiantly the winner.

Best Screenshot- http://z.about.com/d/compactiongames/1/0/d/7/1/halo2_006.jpg This Screen shot is totally amazing. It shows just what Halo is supposed to be, a bunch of guys working together, playing, and having a good time. This picture captures the essence of Halo.

Best Social Site- Again, this goes to Halopedia because you can open up forums and that is all the website is dedicated to.

Best Fan-Made Contribution- This is just as hard as the Best video, but this has to go to Another Halo Comic Strip by Zzombie13. It holds to the Halo story line while poking fun at game flaws and other mistakes in the gaming and movie world.

Best Halo 3 Map- This would have to go to Blackout because it reminds games of the legendary map Lockout from Halo 2. It is a cookie cutter with barley any difference. Ah, the fun times I had.
