Shake, Shake, Shake

Feeling more holiday spirit than their free Winter Holiday Theme could express, Microsoft has created yet another festive holiday-themed animation for your Xbox 360 dashboard. Available in the Spotlight channel, the Xbox Live Snow Globe (which doesn’t even require a download) allows you to put a random selection of friends in a transparent sphere and shake them around a miniaturized winter scene. While it’s not the most exciting thing I’ve ever seen, it’s a fun way to waste a few of your not so precious minutes. I’d spend more time on it if everybody was armed with a rocket launcher that had unlimited ammo and fired nonstop until there was only one person left standing. I made an appearance in The Xbox Domain’s Snow Globe and I know I could take all of them. That’s right. Beware my spherical white particle falling in encased water skillz. Cause if they existed, I’d totally have ‘em.

US only? :(
I don’t know. It says in Major Nelson’s article that it is available in “many regions”. I know it’s come out in waves so maybe it will come to you soon?
Well, I used it. Let my kids use it for a couple minutes then my 360 RRoD’d. I say stay the heck away from it.
gotta love vague press releases…-_-
this is awesome, but i just wish that i could crush my friends and watch their limbs fly off as the globe fills with blood.
*shakes*
still think team killing is fun?
*shakes some more*
