Due to customs, tariffs, import/export laws, etc, there’s only so much they can unrestrictedly do for other countries. Where actual, physical prices are given out, they probably don’t want to go through the hassle and expense of getting it across the border (nor does it’s partners: You know Samsung has something to do with it since it is their T.V. being given away).
