Do the people overseas have their own contests and sweepstakes Sorel (or anybody else)? I notice these are primarily US residents only, although this time it at least includes Canadians too.

I don’t pay that much attention to these things, so I don’t know. I just can’t stand it when they put the details in the fine print.

It’s always primarily US residents only… Nothing on my side of the world. Except for one Halo3 promotional contest before launch.
The only contest I have entered that has officially been global has been your PAX contest and the Bungie/HBO swag contest

Is the game even out overseas? I knew it took months before it hit Australia. I thought Europe had the same delay.
I assumed RB2 did the same staggered launch.
