Fan Art: Betrayal

While Cortana has been the focal point of all the fan art spotlights thus far, she grudgingly takes the backseat this week to a rather unorthodox pairing of video game characters. Fret not though because our favorite enticing holographic AI character does make a brief appearance towards the end of this series of pictures so she’ll be there, just not as much as you are accustomed to.
Our first piece of featured fan art was jaw-dropping sexy, the second was morbidly disturbing, the third was classically cartoonish, and the fourth is none of the above. Actually a short series of pictures created by deviantART user Jedigeek93, it tells the triangular love story of an adventurous Big Daddy, a heartbroken Hunter, and a very mischievous Cortana. While this particular spotlight won’t appeal to everybody, I found the unlikely pairing of the Big Daddy and Hunter to be quite appealing. Maybe because it’s unexpected, perhaps because they have similar body types but it just seemed right to me (until the end of course). Enjoy the oddly unique tale these pictures tell, and then let’s swap personal interpretations. I’m curious to hear what everybody thinks.

What a sordid love affair. I feel sorry for the Hunter (Huntress?). Here was a person who could understand how hard life can be and in comes this digital harlot and steals away her Big Daddy. He/she has already lost her life-partner, and now has lost his/her one true love.
What a sad, sad way to start a Wednesday.

Perhaps the Hunter will have its revenge. (Since, in Halo, betrayals come in twos.)
The huntress thought Cortana was her friend and that she could trust her. Then Cortana tells B.D. that she’s got worms. Now everything’s ruined…
All she wanted was love, but who could love a girl with worms?

Well since a hunter is a big hive of giant worms, the broke-up was fated… lol
But cortana is looking forward to play with Big Daddy’s drill-thingy (spooky n kinky)… lmao

Aw, I guess there won’t be any Big Daddy Hunter babies running around…

i just love how the hunter’s leg pops when they hug… how cute… how would intercourse work anyway? one’s got a fuel rod cannon and a shield for arms and the other’s got a drill for one. so they both have one open hand between the pair. the whole thing would be like a chore, for big daddy that is… i can see why he’d dig the holographic goddess who has both hands… and she’s hot, but that’s besides the point.
