There are a plethora of Dashboard themes vying for your precious Microsoft Points on the Xbox 360 Marketplace. The vast majority of them are game related with a spattering of advertisements for movies and various products scattered in between. While there has always been an absence of quality themes of the more feminine variety, thankfully that is slowly changing. Disruptive Publishers, an independent provider of Xbox 360 custom content, published two themes last week showing the softer side of gaming. I suppose I could be slightly biased as they were created by two of my favorite community members but they really are quite beautiful. If you have been searching for something a little more girly to adorn your Dashboard, I am sure one of these gorgeous themes (each available for a mere 150 Microsoft Points or US $1.87) will perfectly suit your tastes. Check out pictures of all the blades and get directions on where exactly you can find them after the jump. Why? Because I said so. Now get to it!
- Go to the “Marketplace” tab on your Xbox 360
- Select the “Games Store” option
- From there choose “Themes and Gamer Pictures”
- Go to “Independents”
- You will then see “Disruptive Publishers” where these themes will be located

BBJynne: Becuase real men don’t like swirly patterns, little flowers and Pink stuff.

I agree with BBJynne. Only real men like pink.

Those are cool. I didn’t realize DP did nice themes. Most of their “anime” ones are the worst of the worst.

Those are quite well put together, if you ask me. However, purple isn’t really my color…

Yeah, I love what they are putting out right now Andrew. If you look at their gallery, five of the last six themes they have published are all very different from their usual style.

I’ll stick with my anime girls.
All in favor of a Hawty McBloggy theme? Aye.

I don’t even know what that would look like kenraves!
No thank you needed Valentine. And if I could make something that awesome, I would totally sport it too. :)
