You forgot Start…. Bad BS Angel you should know the Konami code better than your body! And if you wish to do so with two players in Contra it ends with Select Start.
‘and on the 7th day, the programmers at Konami created Contra, putting the most famous code in gaming history within the subconscious of gamers everywhere’
Soul Calibur? Phht. The reason Dead or Alive was popular was because it was the first 3D fighting game to involve actual bouncing (rediculously) breasts, and because instead of the “arena” or “infinite background” styles of gameplay (Tekken, Virtua Fighter, Soul Blade) it had limits, obstacles, and lots of explosions… I hated the first DOA.
Next came DOA 2, which was my saving grace for 3D fighting games. It had everything: tag battles, fully developed environments, slightly rediculous bouncing breasts, knocking people off the Great Wall of China, awesomely fast and acrobatic gameplay, more bouncing breasts, and a counter system so you could turn your opponents attack against themselves… yeah, I’ve been a DOA fan since… Soul Calibur’s cool, but I can’t stand Tekken or Virtua Fighter… too slow, too clunky, too… bad.
Umm, why is this comic clearly missing the standard “Uppercut” move command?? Street Fighter, King of Fighters, Guilty Gear, all of them use it, and yet it’s missing… I’ve lost faith in you CAD.
Hey RIFT, I wasn’t making preferences, just a joke on gelatinous chesticles. oh, and I like how angel spells bewbs, hehehe. it makes me giggle like an idiot (emphasis on idiot).
And on the 5th day, when God created Soul Calibur he said unto the world “Let there be ridiculous bewby physics!”
