You know I just cant get into PC gaming. Maybe its b/c growing up we never had a fast enough computer to do more than write a paper or play solitaire, but I have always preferred console gaming…other than the many hours spent on my mac playing warcraft 3 in college. =)
Yeah, I was thinking the first “yes” and “no” should be switched, too… because people who like video games SHOULD buy the consoles, right? And people who don’t should stick to PCs, ne? lol ..Even though I like both.. ^^
But I still find the flow chart amusing (and, to a certain extent, true!) :D
Well I think the flow chart is semi correct, but I think it should say.
Do you like video games > Yes > Do you like upgrading parts every 3 months > Yes > Buy a PC
There’s definately more power, and more depth in PC games. Some genres just lend it self better to the console. Any Descent RTS games on the XBOX 360. Port over a Dawn of War, man I’ll go get one today.
I find the war between PC gamers, and Console gamers kinda funny.
Umm I have tons of friends, online and offline and I have all 3 consoles but no PC (Mac though) and I love games… where do I fit in that chart? Probably the footer.
I have a Wii and a 360, but no PS3. Primarily because I don’t want to fork over the money for an entire new system plus games. Gaming is not the cheapest hobby in the world, that’s for sure.

360 FTW!

Wait… why would I have purchased a 360 if I didn’t like video games? That doesn’t make any sense.

I totally disagreed with that flow chart, I think all the xbox and wii stuff should be on the other side with the pc.

Well I fixed it myself!

I don’t appreciate the stereotype that anyone who buys a console doesn’t like video games. What are they buying it for? To watch DVDs?
Maybe I just haven’t had enough sleep lately, but I’m taking an all-out protest stance to this chart, however satirical it’s meant to be.
Man, I need to cheer up.

Weird list. I like video games…or I wouldn’t be here.
Although, according to the chart, i should have bought a PS3. *shudders*

It’s quite freaky that I was looking for this chart just the other day and was CONVINCED you had posted it.

Maybe you’re a mind reader. (cue creepy music here)
It’s actually been sitting behind the scenes for a bit, just waiting for a nice slow day to post it. :)

Heh, sort of sounds like the guy at my work that views consoles as evil and PCs as the best thing ever :P

Or that you’re my one stop shop for geeky charts.
I have all three consoles now, not by choice. La sigh.

Hey, that would make a good catch line. LOL, …
