Shield Door Campers Suck

Normally I love to watch compilation videos of amazing Halo 3 kills. Sometimes the skill is astounding, other times it is simply the luck that is incredible. Either way, they are typically quite entertaining. The latest episode in the Halo 3: Confirmed Kills series just irks me though. There are a handful of clips that just thinking about them is enough to make my blood boil. People that camp the shield doors on Snowbound with a mauler or a shotty and refuse to come up for air for the entire game? They suck. People that line up their heads in a perfect single file line right when other people fire the sniper rifle but absolutely refuse to ever do it for me? They suck. People that think they are completely bad ass just because they know how to spawn kill? They suck. So there you go, enjoy the video! (Or not.)
Oh geez, I think I am one of those shield campers you talk about. Hey, It’s not my fault people forget they can’t shoot through shields and waste their bullets!
most of them didn’t excite me very much.. i personally enjoyed 9 & 10 the most.. other then that i would say 3 & 5 … just what i think..

some guy randomly killing people with a sword? anyone can do that
the only cool stuff were the splazer kill, the kills on construct, and the sniper on guardian
i mean, it’s nice that they can get those kills but no one cares about yet another killing spree with a BR or another snipe while flying through the man-cannon
it seems to me that whoever makes confirmed kills got tired or something
Number one is just good map control to me.
Aside from the shield door camping on Snowbound, I really don’t see what was wrong with the rest of the examples? I see the same things every night playing Halo 3. It looked like most of the examples were in Team Slayer matches and frankly, you do what you have to do to get a kill……without being totally unsporting about it. And besides, everyone spawn kills….everyone!, some people just don’t like to admit it :)

ANGEL – You’re such an MLGer at heart. Camping the shield doors is noobtastic bc anyone can sit there and stare at you with a shotgun/mauler and wait for you to come through; that’s why snowbound is a banned MLG map my good friend. And grifball spawn killing does not imress me – ooooh, your enemies spawn within 3 feet of you with no shields (facing the other direction) and you have an unlimited ammo grav hammer? UNBELIEVABLE SKILLLL. not. MLG rulez! *runs off*

Yeah… other than some nice BR work in a couple of spots, pretty tame.
I’m sorry but how retarded is the opposition in these? who the fuck runs down to the shield door when you already know the guy camping there has mauler/sniper? who runs into Top Gold on Guardian when you know 4 people just died in there?

Confirmed kills is getting less impressive with each episode, the suckiness dosn’t bother me much. I don’t see why shield door camping got on there, I mean, come on, people have been doing that since Halo3 came out, right?
MLG banned Snowbound? lol, they did something to make MLG more fun then…
i love how in 4 the blue one at the start is trying to get an assassin then is killed.
