One of my most memorable gaming moments happened back on Halo 2. I was in the middle of an intense multiflag game on Waterworks, playing defense and heroically protecting our flag with my life. My team had recently started moving our opponents’ flag when I died. I respawned directly in front of their flag, which was in the doorway to what I thought was our base. I gleefully picked it up and promptly ran it into the base towards the score point. My teammates were frantically hollering something at me but I couldn’t focus on what they were saying as there was a horde of enemies directly in front of me. After I died gloriously close to the capture point, someone informed me that I was actually at the enemy base and had taken the flag back to where it originally spawns. Oops.

Are you feeling guilty about something video game related too? Get it off your chest at Game Secret like this poor guy did. I now look back and laugh at the error of my ways, hopefully he will be able to do the same one day.

So when you are not betraying your team-mates, you are actively undermining your teams objective.
Angel, you’re fired :p

That’s like the time the guy on my team thaught it was Multi Flag on Avalanche rather than Neutral assault, and it took us both until I’d dropped the Hornet off near their teleporter into the base =/

Funny… I haven’t seen you do much betraying or undermining when we’ve been playing.
Then again, I suppose you’re about due. :P
