The Teeniest Tiniest Halo 3 Legendary Edition Ever

Sometimes smaller is better. Take the Legendary Edition of Halo 3 for instance. Remember waiting in line for hours to get your copy of that highly anticipated shooter? When midnight rolled around, the deluxe version was finally placed in your open arms, nestled uncomfortably up against your chin. Man, that was a big box. You took it home, opened it up, and pulled out a gigantic Master Chief helmet. Let’s face it, when it isn’t being used as a head for a snowman, it is just taking up space. Lots and lots of space. That is why this Miniature Halo 3 Legendary Edition is so fabulous. Instead of taking up half of your precious shelf space, it only takes up about six centimeters.

This teeny tiny version of Halo 3 was made by deviantART user 2twoproductions. In her email to me, she described how she created it approximately four months ago. While the helmet was crafted with Super Sculpey and Acrylic Paint, the box was made from matte photo papers of images she put together in Photoshop. Total dimensions? 5cm x 5.5cm x 5.5cm. Prepare for the unboxing.

Please excuse me. While I don’t feel like creating something small out of paper, I do feel the sudden urge to make a six centimeter tall snowman.

You know it’s the small things like this that just make my day (or night considering I’m posting this at 3:00am).

Does it cost a hundred and thirty bucks??
Sometimes smaller is better.. like in this case, or in the Asus EEE. Check out my blog at http://eeegeek.wordpress.com for more info about the Asus EEE.
