Great idea, bad execution. Finding figures in a faceplate-appropriate scale has been difficult. I had this grunty guy and one of the Banshee Elite pilots but he's in an odd pose. I do have a few Heroclix that I'm going to try to work into some faceplates, and hopefully one of those will be a Cortana.
