Lost Dharma Initiative Hatch Xbox 360 Faceplate
18 02 2008SpaceGhost2K makes amazing faceplates, there is no doubt about it. My favorites of his however are the ones that have texture and dimension. He is phenomenal at mixing various elements into his designs that are visually appealing. His latest faceplate does just that.

About :
This plate was inspired by the toy diorama of the Dharma Initiative Hatch. The figures, hatch and plants were all taken from the diorama and worked into the faceplate design. The hatch is held over the power button by a gummy material used for hanging posters. It can be removed without leaving any residue, so you can use the power button. The gummy material can also be put on the opposite side of the hatch if you want to display the “QUARANTINE” text on the inside of the door. The power on button and the glow from the ring of light can be seen through the window of the door and around the edges.

SpaceGhost2K’s best work is when he incorporates extra three dimensional elements into them and this is a classic example of that. I’m pretty sure this Lost-themed Xbox 360 faceplate is a must have for any fan of the show.
UPDATE : This item sold for US $93.00.

That’s awesome! I love Lost
I used to watch it but stopped a few seasons back. I know it still retains a humongous following though!

I’m on Season 2 of Lost right now, and I am watching it all online at abc.com
