Halo 3 Screenshot Montage Video

I don’t like screenshot montages. Typically they hold each shot for entirely too long where I get bored about ten seconds into it when I have still only seen one image. Plus we all know how the music usually is, somewhere in between fingernails on a chalkboard and cats in heat. However I found one that has some quality screenshots, moves at a quick enough pace to hold your interest, and I didn’t even have to turn down the volume. When you have a spare four minutes, check out this video. And if screenshot montages aren’t your thing, at least take a second to look at my favorite images located at the following marks : 1:54, 2:29, and 3:05. In my opinion, they are absolutely phenomenal shots. And everybody knows my opinion is the right one. So go watch.

  2. 3:16 was beautiful. I have a thing for epic sunsets.
I love all “Halo Art” – every time i see great screenshots like that I think of my friend who is a very talented ‘ar-teest’ and does all kinds of Halo drawings when she gets bored.

a drawing she did for my girlfriend (star wars lover) as a Spartan with a lightsaber. Not bad for a 16 year old artist.

That drawing is amazing -S-, I love it. Talented indeed.

Peniamina, 2:28 was another one of my favorites. I almost marked that one as well, it’s a great action shot.

3:16 is nice as well -S-, although I preferred the other one that was similar to that but only has one dish in it.

Me, being all epic (but not really) <3
Thank god my friends actually go through our games looking for stuff like this, otherwise great photo moments would probably be lost

Good montage showing off the artistic side of Halo multiplayer. It’s a shame it was all from one user though. I believe that it would have been much greater if the screen shots were from multiple users (and didn’t show the same Spartan in each one).

I did quite like the screen shot at 4:00; it looked as if the Spartan was being transported up a grav lift. It reminded me of Truth and Reconcilliation, when the Chief was being lifted into the ship.

A better choice in music would have also been appreciated and strengthened the effect for most of the screen shots.

  8. Yes I apologize for it only being of me, but I guess you could say I’m my own model.

Our group, Ar7is7s of Halo, has a lot of talented members, such as Jazzy Lock above, that have produced some stunning images.

The comment that Jazzy Lock had up there was for my group (Ar7is7s Of Halo) on Bungie.net. Infact the author of this montage is a member and a good friend of mine. In anycase, if you would like to join, simply PM me on bungie.net and send me your screen shot your most proud of and i will be happy to accept you. KEEP IN MIND…i do NOT accept members that have not sent me a pm. So make sure to do that and hope to see some new faces! Happy Shooting!

-S- the lightsaber in that drawing reminds me of the power sword in SSBM and it is an great drawing, a very talented drawer.

  12. If I knew how to make a montage it’s all I’d do. That was cool.

Will someone tell me how you get your film to the computer so I can waste more time in my life? Really! I’m serious! I love this stuff.
