Sticky Keys and TheIronChef developed a nifty little program that calculates how much of your life you have wasted away respawning when playing Halo 3. Apparently they used a five second average respawn, which may or may not be accurate depending on how much you tend to kill your teammates. Or yourself. Neither of which I ever do.
Apparently my results are as follows :

In ranked matches, you’ve waited to respawn for: 0 days, 1 hours, 48 mins, and 45 seconds
In social matches, you’ve waited to respawn for: 0 days, 6 hours, 18 mins, and 40 secondsYou’ve caused people to waste 0 days, 11 hours, 4 mins, and 0 seconds waiting to respawn
In ranked matches, you’ve caused people to wait to respawn for: 0 days, 2 hours, 15 mins, and 45 seconds
In social matches, you’ve caused people to wait to respawn for: 0 days, 8 hours, 48 mins, and 15 seconds
Maybe accurate, maybe not. What are your results? And don’t worry, you don’t have to post them on Bungie. Just hit enter after putting in your gamertag instead of clicking the “post results on Bungie” link.

By the way, the same people who created that script also created this one which compares two players’ statistics to see which one is best. Sorry, but:
