No clue but it sure as hell is annoying. At least they are giving us a free arcade game in the near future because of it.

A free arcade game you won’t be able to play without connecting to Live if you have a post RR system. That was what aggravated me the most about Live being down. I couldn’t play online, and then i couldn’t play my Arcade titles either.

argh – so true !! I just got my xbox back after 3 (!) months of RROD – & I’ve got 2 rubbish games as compensation – I feel so insulted about it all, part of me wants to just get rid of it but part of me loves it so much I want to keep it :(
