Back when the Halo 3 for 3 Sweepstakes was announced, I remember looking through the list of prizes and seeing “Xbox 360 Halo 3 X-shaped Ibanez Xiphos Guitar with Case”. I searched high and low for more information on that guitar but couldn’t come up with anything. Now not only is there information out, but there is also a separate giveaway you can enter through Ibanez to win a grand prize including the Halo 3 guitar, a Halo 3 t-shirt, an Ibanez t-shirt, and the Halo 3 game itself. They are giving away three of these packages total, one in October, one in November, and one in December. If I win this contest, it will finally be time to move my amazing guitar skills from the Guitar Hero world into the real one. Rock on.
