Yesterday we started a girl theme with the giveaways and the mysterious Cortana card. Today we will continue along that path to honor our favorite females that play this amazing game we call Halo.
Entering this giveaway, and all the giveaways at that, is extremely easy. All you have to do is leave a comment! Giveaway #4 : Queen of the Hill card
The female gaming community I belong to, The Cavegirls, has a favorite custom gametype called “Queen of the Hill”. It never fails to turn into an exploding gigglefest for minutes on end. It’s hilarious how much pleasure we get from blowing each other up. That was my inspiration behind this card. While I wanted to make it the pinkest, girliest thing you had ever seen, I opted for peaceful elegant colors so it would appeal to some of the girls that I know aren’t fans of the color pink (<3 ya Zoomy!). The background paper is cream colored and has beautiful shades of blue and chocolate brown as accent colors. On top of that is a layer of vellum with “Queen of the Hill” printed on it in various sizes of different fonts. Those papers are held together with crystal brads. Adorning the card is a crown I crafted out of gems. My goal with this card was to have something feminine without being pink. The inside of this card is blank.
Whether you are male or female, this card is perfect for your favorite lady friend that is passionate about Halo. I love the twist on King of the Hill to honor our favorite female players. Give it to a female gaming friend, save it as a keepsake, do with it as you will but enjoy it above all else. I hold this one close to my heart as the inspiration was my Cavegirls.

I think this card is great. I don’t have a lot of female friends that enjoy Halo as much as I do. I would love to display this card in my new house. Great work.
