An Awesome Halo 3 Beta Montage

Do you miss the beta? I know I do. *wipes away a tear

This is TTL L askan’s Halo 3 Beta Montage. It was a collaboration effort between L askan and Hoovaloov (who is apparently the master editor, who knew?).

Hoovaloov’s Introduction :

There is quite a story behind this montage. When L askan first asked me if I wanted to make a montage for him, I was so pumped. I’d never made anything quite like this before, and to make something that combined two of my biggest hobbies (Halo and editing videos) was just too much to pass by. So with about three days left of the Beta, L askan sent me an Excel spreadsheet that described over 100 clips from his 40+ saved films. He uploaded them to his Film Share, and I downloaded them.

However, none of the films would play past about 15 seconds – they would just quit. So instead of giving up and waiting until September to try again, L askan decided to Fedex his 360 to me via Rush Overnight Shipping. I was floored by this act of trust. That is the kind of thing you don’t see in other clans. The Gunslingers are a special group. And this proves it.

I hope you all enjoy this montage. I’ve enjoyed every second of the creation process, and I look forward to doing it again sometime.
