Are you an avid gamer?
Do you spend a significant amount of time gaming?
Are members of your family fun and outgoing?
The premise of Wife Swap is simple: two moms from two different families get the opportunity to swap lives for one week to experience what it’s like to live a different lifestyle – and to see what they can teach each other about their own! The New York Post says, “It should be called ‘Life Swap’ because it’s not just the wives who learn something here. It’s the families.”

What if I swap my mom for you angel?
We could game for a whole week.
and get some serious cash!
LOL … That is a fabulous idea!
My husband and I did seriously consider signing up for this but decided even with the cash incentive, that it wasn’t worth it for the experience for the children and the exposure you get. Fun to think about, but not actually do. Things like this have an impact on your life and I am not sure it would be overall positive.
I hope you don’t mind, but I signed you and your family up! :D
Woo, $1,000 finder’s fee! score.
LOL …
One of the catches with this show is while you receive the money, you don’t get to choose how you spend it. The other mom lays out exactly how the money is spent. I watched one episode that one of the moms set aside (I believe it was) $4,000 for a Buddha statue in the backyard. Nice and all, but I would not be too thrilled with that personally!
I’ll tell my mom to spend it on GAMES. As long as you set the budget for my house to be something similar.
I was thinking a LAN room. 4 TV’s set up in the middle with a couch on each side.
Actually, you do not get told how to spend the $20,000 on Wife swap. That is on Trading Spouses, and there is $50,000 involved in that one.
I was on Wife Swap as a friend of the Hoover family on the Feb.12, 2007 edition.
I doesn’t like wife swap that much.
