It is ridiculuos in the first place to pay for xboxlive when the online service for the ps3 offers the same features for free, and not have to worry about constant hardware problems, and idiot call centre representatives. My first xbox rrod, so i sent it away. Only 6 months has past and it has happened again. I am considering changing consoles to a ps3, which may be a bit expensive but i wont have to pay for services a blind and retarded penguin could offer.
